The standard stand height is 2.5 m. The stand height is limited to 3 m for special decorations on the lower level of Lütfi Kırdar. The ceiling height on the upper level varies so it is essential to contact the client representatives for specifics during the project phase.

Rental of such equipment from the site is not possible. Participants provide all materials needed in the stand themselves.

Patika is to be notified of such needs. Most participants prefer mobile devices like vınn to connect to the internet and use mobile POS terminals.

The floor on the lower level of Lutfi Kırdar is made of granite. Participants who chose empty stands are free to cover the floor according to their stand concept (podium, parquet, carpet, etc.). Participants who chose standard stands will receive their stands with the granite floor and can rent parquet or carpet from the contracted providers on the condition that payment made upfront. There are no material limitations to the floor covering as long as the granite underneath is not damaged.

The equipment on the fairground is rented so using nails, paint or adhesives is not allowed. The damaged equipment is to be reimbursed by the participant as per the set unit price.

Contracted providers by Lütfi Kırdar can be used for such services.

There is 1 spot per 3 m².

You can serve snacks and alcohol-free beverages at your stand. Ordering food to the stand for the staff is prohibited. Borsa Restaurant located within the premises can cater to your needs.

There is no such limitation. The number of staff can be determined according to your needs. The staff list is to be confirmed in advance so that they can receive their name badges prior to the opening.

Participants are free to host events at their stands. The specifics of the program are to be shared with the client representatives before the opening date.

You can play music as long as the volume is within the 60-decibel range and the speakers are faced inwards so as to not disturb others.

You can make sales at your stand. It is mandatory to provide retail sales slips and tax registration certificate at the point of sale.

It is possible to co-partner with another brand as long as you notify Patika on the subject matter during the contract phase. Promotion of undeclared co-partners at the stand is prohibited.

The logos of the participants will be listed alphabetically in the print material. It is essential to deliver your corporate info and logo at the designated date. You are welcome to place an ad and kindly asked to deliver the material on time according to the specs.

It is strictly forbidden to distribute promotional materials outside stands.

A great number of people are working on the fairground during installation period. The participants are responsible from security during installation and within the operating hours of the fair. The responsibility to secure the area lies with Patika only after the operating hours as the visitors leave the premises. As such, the participants are responsible from the security during the uninstallment period.

You may leave the premises after the closing announcement at the last day of the fair. It is not allowed to remove anything before. The fairground needs to be vacated as of 8 a.m. the next morning. Patika or Lütfi Kırdar will not be responsible for any goods or equipment left on the fairground after 8 a.m.

Lütfi Kırdar does not have a parking facility and car parks in the area apply special rates for the participants. Valet parking services can also be provided.
